Olympic Trials Photo Flashback

How has it been a week since the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials wrapped up in Eugene, Oregon? Take us back! But since we can't build a time machine, join us in the next best thing... a photo-fueled flashback.

The day after my baby Rose and I crushed our first solo trek from London to Seattle, I signed copies of HIT RESET at the Oiselle Flagship Store before making the pilgrimage to Track Town USA and the buzz of the Olympic Trials excitement the next day.

Nothing beats meeting athletes IRL and it was so great to see old friends and new members of the Reset Revolution. Thank you to everyone who came out to my book signing and the daily Athletes for Yoga meditation and outdoor studio yoga sessions in Eugene!

More important, the track action was off the hook! It was so inspiring to watch athletes I've coached for years compete at the highest level.

Catching up with my muses: the best!

A welcome to Track Town from Chief Bird Sally Bergesen.

Fangirling with friend + sister hero Devon Yanko, ultra runner extraordinaire.

Sunbathe pose in full effect. And teaching with my wee bird, a successful first!

Athletes for Yoga Coach B Sweeney helping runners Hit Reset.

Watching Kate Grace make her first Olympic team was a once in a lifetime memory. There wasn't a dry eye in the stands!

Steeple people lookin' strong! Special congrats to Mel and Collier of Little Wing who competed like champs.

Post- Butte to Butte with Athletes for Yoga and Oiselle teammates.

Already can't wait for the next trials in 2020! Stay limber till then!
